One of the most exciting phases in you and your baby's life is about to begin: starting solid foods. It's a time filled with new textures and exciting flavors, but it's also completely normal to have a lot of questions.

Is my baby ready?

Should I be pureeing everything?

Is "baby-led" the best way to go?

How do I expose my baby to allergens?
Where do I even start?

These are all valid questions, and they all have answers.

This workshop is perfect for you if your baby is 5 months or older. It's also ideal if you've already started the process but have questions or need more confidence in what you're doing.

All participants will receive a recording of the workshop, which will be available to watch for three months.
