A Gentle Closure to Breastfeeding

This workshop was born, as always, from my clients.

Lately, I’ve been meeting more and more parents of toddlers who are thinking about reducing night feeds or bringing breastfeeding to an end. Parents who feel something is shifting, but don’t want to rush, force, or harm the relationship they’ve built with their child.

Those who know me and my approach to parenting and breastfeeding know this:
your well-being, your baby’s well-being, and your relationship always come first.

Many parents believe that in order to stop breastfeeding, something must be pushed, ignored, or endured, either by the baby or by the parent. This workshop offers a different path.

A gentle approach does not mean challenge-free. It means moving with intention and care. We look closely at timing, your child’s cognitive and emotional readiness, your personal goals, and your family’s reality, while keeping your loving connection at the center of the process.

Ending breastfeeding is a meaningful transition for both of you.
For your baby, breastfeeding has been a source of warmth, safety, and comfort since birth, and that deserves respect.
For you, breastfeeding has been a powerful way to soothe and connect. When it ends, hormones shift. Alongside relief, sadness may appear, and that too deserves space and care.

This is an intimate gathering for open and honest conversation. I’ll be there to guide and support you, but we will weave this path together, alongside other mothers who are in the same phase.

As this is the first time I’m offering this kind of workshop, the price is a symbolic 10€.
Places are very limited, and this price will not be repeated.
A recording will be open for all participants for 3 months.

I’m looking forward to meeting you 💛
